Maria Cristina Ossiprandi graduated in Veterinary Medicine and is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Veterinary Medical Science, University of Parma, Italy. Prof. Ossiprandi furthermore acts as the Director of the Veterinary Specialization School in Animal Health, Breeding and Livestock Production, while she became scientific director of Sibilla (predictive microbiology) of the Emilia Romagna project in June 2014.
Prof. Ossiprandi’s research activities are focused on epidemiological studies concerning potentially zoonotic bacteria in various animal species with particular emphasis on their toxicogenic molecular profiling.
